Little Fish Brewing Co. is located at 8675 Armitage Rd in Athens, Ohio. Founded in 2015, by Jimmy Stockwell and Sean White, Little Fish was created in an abandoned mechanic’s shop. Through the four years, Little Fish has created world-class beers while supporting local economies. They utilize many Ohio-grown ingredients including raw spelled and corn grits. They have won awards such as the 2016 World Beer Cup Gold Award in the Belgian and French-style Ale category, Athens News Reader’s Choice Awards Best New Business and RateBeer’s 2015 and 2016 Best New Brewery in Ohio. Little Fish Brewing Co. has been a staple of Athens community with a taproom that connects patrons to the brewing process, a family-friendly beer garden that overlooks the hop arbor, fruit trees, bike path, and the city wetland.
